• Support professional qualifications, certifications, and CPD activities where relevant to operational excellence.
• Ensure all personnel maintain the required competencies to perform safely, legally, and efficiently.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments as part of performance review and planning cycles.
• Maintain accurate records of training, assessment, and competency.
• Encourage a culture of curiosity, learning, and self-development across all teams.
• Ensure learning and development activities reflect national frameworks and recognised good practice, including CIPD principles.
