Document no: TSSF-PY-002 Version: 1.3 Valid from: September 2022
Health, Safety and Working Environment
TSS Futures is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy and respectful working environment across all its operations—onshore and offshore. Through careful planning, risk reduction, and a culture of accountability, our aim is to operate as an incident-free organisation.
TSS Futures shall:
• Implement and maintain health and safety systems aligned with ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Ensure all working environments are safe and sustainable for personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
• Promote worker participation, consultation, and shared responsibility for a positive safety culture.
• Treat all accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses as preventable.
• Give Health and Safety equal priority alongside all business objectives.
• Empower all personnel through clear communication and regular training to uphold high safety standards.
• Meet or exceed all applicable laws and regulations, and apply best industry practice where these are lacking.
• Set measurable objectives for health and safety performance and strive for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and review health, safety and welfare data to address issues proactively.
• Encourage use of low-impact tools, technologies, and methods to protect health and reduce risk.
• Share safety knowledge and experience openly across teams, clients, and the wider industry.
All personnel at TSS Futures are empowered and expected to stop or delay work if safety is compromised. We operate a zero-retaliation policy for anyone raising concerns in good faith or participating in a safety investigation.
