Business Integrity and Ethics
TSS Futures operates globally across a wide range of projects, clients, and cultures. We recognise that our reputation and the trust of our clients, partners, and stakeholders are critical to our long-term success.

This policy sets out the values and expectations that guide our decisions and behaviour, ensuring ethical, lawful, and professional conduct in everything we do.


Commercial Dealings
• All business will be conducted fairly, transparently, and with integrity.
• We comply with antitrust and competition laws and avoid unfair practices.
• We seek mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Advertising and communications must be honest, clear, and not misleading.
• Customer and supplier information is handled confidentially and respectfully.
• We compete vigorously, but without defamation or unethical tactics.
• We build supplier relationships based on trust and pay in accordance with agreed terms.


International Activity
• TSS Futures complies with all relevant local and international laws and regulations.
• We respect local customs and cultures in every country where we operate.
• We support human rights and uphold international standards in all activities.
• We do not make political donations or improper payments of any kind.
• Bribery, kickbacks or influence-based hospitality are strictly prohibited.
• Where business norms vary globally, we apply high internal standards consistently.
• All operations and subcontractors must comply with maritime and safety codes, including ISM and ISPS.


Business Operations
• Information provided to stakeholders will be timely, accurate, and complete.
• All financial transactions must be properly documented and transparent.
• We protect personal data and uphold privacy rights at all times.
• Employees must comply with all laws relating to shares, securities, and trading.


Personal Conduct
• Employees must avoid conflicts of interest between personal and professional matters.
• Gifts and hospitality must be proportionate and never intended to influence decisions.
• All business communications must reflect professionalism and protect the company’s reputation.
• TSS Futures assets must be used responsibly and protected from loss or misuse.
• Internal information must be treated with confidentiality and shared only when appropriate.


Responsibility and Application
The Managing Director of TSS Futures is accountable to the Board for ensuring implementation of this policy.
All managers are responsible for resourcing and promoting ethical behaviour.
Every employee and subcontractor must adhere to this policy and contribute to maintaining our ethical standards.
